A New Orleans native, Dawn has over 18 years of experience in the window and door business. She is specialized in reading plans for new construction and renovations projects, large or small. Dawn is always 100 % dedicated to the project at hand and most importantly, earning the trust of the client. Her characteristics of honesty and integrity is what she is most proud of.
W. C. Walker
Mr. Walker has been employed and made his second home at the same location for over 35 years. He shows dedication to his job by showing up everyday, ready to work as hard as he did from the beginning.
Alex Wells
Mr. Wells has over 35 years experience in the window and door business. He is currently the head service technician. Daily, he shows up to work with a grateful attitude for life.
Joseph Otkins
A New Orleans native, for more than 14 yrs, Joe has been a dynamic force at Amazing Windows and Doors. He provides assistance wherever needed. Joe is a versatile worker and always displays leadership skills.
Justin Poche
Justin Poche, a Metairie native, grew up at Amazing Windows & Doors.
He first started working for AW&D at the age of 14 in the warehouse. A high school diploma and a bachelor’s degree later he now works in sales for the company. Justin specializes in all types of new construction and renovation projects no matter the location. Outside of work Justin enjoys all types of outdoor activities and football. He and his wife, Nicole, live in Metairie.
Pat McKinney
Pat has over 45 years of sales experience in the Residential door, window and millwork business.
Perry Poche
At age 15 Perry started working on construction jobsites during the summer months and holidays. Six years later he became a jobsite superintendent. A few years after, Perry started his own residential construction company. His journey in the window business stared in 1980 as he took on a sales position with ALENCO, at the time, major distributor of aluminum windows. He currently co-owns and operates Amazing Windows and Doors.
Stacy Neuburger
Stacy was born in Texas, but raised in New Orleans. She has over 25 years of experience in accounting, human resources and customer service. She has been with the Amazing team for over 10 years. She is a breast cancer survivor and when not at work, finds joy in time spent with her family and friends.

Curtis comes to the Amazing team with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. His display of leadership and professionalism makes him stand out to all who work with him. You will more than likely see him delivering material to jobsites.
